- Truthful prototypes. We measure value by what the prototype teaches or ships — not by slide count.
- Minimal tech. Pure HTML/CSS/JS. Local assets. Few moving parts. Performance over fashion.
- Quiet visual language. Dark surfaces, warm accent, generous whitespace; information has room to breathe.
- Privacy by design. No trackers by default. Optional, privacy‑respecting analytics only.
